E & S Ring Management is a leading residential property management company and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, reliable and motivated maintenance technician to join our team and work with us at our 981-unit apartment community located in Marina del Rey, CA.

What we need...
We need an individual who hit the ground and come up running, one who can work well under pressure, and one who can work in a customer service environment. Qualified candidates must have 2 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 3 or more years in related fields.

About the job…
As our Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for efficiently performing all general apartment and property maintenance, including apartment turn-over, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roofs, and life safety equipment. Must be available for weekend work and emergency service all duties and must have own hand tools.
